Additional instructions:

1. You will see your logo and catalog choices. Select the item category and proceed with the item(s) you would like to see color options and pricing.

2. Next, click on "Add to Inquiries," which then will open up the actual shopping cart.

3. Once you select the items, complete your order. This will send it to our office.

4. Once we receive it, we will send you a separate email with the credit card authorization form and verify the item(s) you would like ordered. On the credit card authorization form, please indicate where you would like your items shipped.
